iOS 5 – Device Compatibility List

iOS 5, the latest version of iOS, will be released in autumn 2011 will be compatible with the following iOS devices:
iPhone:

• iPhone 3GS
• iPhone 4

iPad:

• iPad 1
• iPad 2

iPod Touch:

• iPod Touch 3rd Generation
• iPod Touch 4th Generation

iOS 5 will not be compatible with the following devices:
iPhone 3G, iPhone (original), iPod Touch 1st Generation, iPod Touch 2nd Generation
iOS Tips will be publishing tips about all the new features of iOS 5 just as soon as they become available.  We’ll also be including info on iCloud and jailbreaking iOS 5 as soon as that’s being cracked.
