Switch International Keyboard Layouts When Using a Bluetooth Keyboard

When using an external wireless bluetooth keyboard on your iOS device such as iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch you may want to switch between the international keyboards and languages that you have installed on the device.
Normally with the soft keyboard on the device you can just hit the globe to the left of the space bar but this doesn’t exist on the external Apple Bluetooth Keyboard.
Instead, simply hold CMD and press SPACE and a list of installed keyboards will appear on the screen.
This was tested on iOS 4.3.2 on an iPod Touch 2nd Gen, iPhone 3GS and iPad 2.
