Plugin without plugging out...

You don't always have to restart Netscape after installing new Plugins.

• Press CTRL+L or go to the "Location" input box.
• Type
  
  javascript:navigator.plugins.refresh()
  
  
• Press ENTER

Although above method would work most of the time, you should always restart Netscape Navigator if you start having problems after installing new plugins.
