Just a week after the release of iOS 4.3.1 and the Dev-Team have come up with the latest version of RedSn0w aka jailbreak for dummies.
The jailbreak supports:

• iPhone 3GS
• iPhone 4
• iPod Touch 3rd Generation
• iPod Touch 4th Generation
• iPad 1 only
• Apple TV 2

No iPad 2 support yet.
