Find Text in a Web Page in Mobile Safari on your iOS device

On a desktop browser in Windows or Mac you just hit CTRL+F or CMD+F and you’re able to search the web page you’re viewing for a piece of text.
Here’s how to do the same thing on Mobile Safari on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running iOS 3.x or higher.
1. With a web page open tap into the search field in the top right of the screen – to the right of the address bar.
2. Type the word you’re looking for – let’s say “Bananas” – and note the grey bar just above the keyboard – it should say, “On This Page (xx matches)”
3. To view those matches, scroll to the bottom of the search screen and tap “Find “Bananas”
4. You’ll now be brought back to your web page but the toolbar at the bottom of the screen will have changed to a bar with “Next” and “Done” buttons. Tap “Next” to jump down through every iteration of “Bananas” or whatever you’re looking for!
5. Tap “Done” when finished.
